World wide people are dying in AIR CRASH.Every Air crash can be forecasted two year in advance.PRIME MINISTER OFFICE marked letter of writer of this article to Secretary Department of Civil Aviation for necessay action .Civil aviation gave no reply and we pusueded matter under Right to Information act 2005 and asked Department of Civil Aviation to see FIT-Future Imaging Tool technology .

CIVIL AVIATION DEPARTMENT DELIBERATE FAULT

Department of Civil Aviation department refused to see FIT technology which is capable to forecast two year in advance Plane crashes in any part of world. Civil aviation department informed that there is no scientific forum exist in their department which can see this method and under section 2f of RTI Act 2005

They are not bound to give reply since they have no forum.This is contradiction of

Own Policy of Government of India under article 51 AH of Constitution of India

And Science Policy 2003 under which New Invention is to be seen and promoted by every Government of India department. When law maker become lawbreaker then who will give justice to Inventor like me in India.

A helicopter carrying 18 passengers and five crew members crashed in a remote area in India’s northeast Assam state on Tuesday.

At least 20 people were killed when the state-run Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd. chopper was about to land at a helipad, police said in a report by the AP.

S.B. Singh, police inspector general of Arunachal Pradesh state said, “There were 23 people on board the helicopter and three survived the crash but they are badly injured and almost completely burnt.”

The Russian-designed M-17 helicopter hit a wall and was set into fire while trying to land in Tawang town bordering China for the Buddhist pilgrimage.

The three survivors are in a Tawang hospital.
