1-Government of India and state Government<\/strong>\u00a0is requested to pass ordinance in next 30 days to make installation of hidden CCTV Camera at place declared sensitive by Public and Government Organization<\/p>\n

2-CCTV Camera should be of non breakable model and should be installed at hidden place which can not be approached by Robbers,Dacoits\u00a0Cost o.f CCTV\u00a0<\/strong>can be raised from Railway,Malls Owners,Market -Trade Associations,Bankers,Petrol pumps,Cinema owner,Oil Depos and even by levying 1% in form of service tax .<\/p>\n

3-Maintanance Corporation for CCTV Camera and GPS system should also be formed,which should have stock of 1000 Camera in Stock as one should learn lesson from recent High Court PETN Blast in Delhi on 13-9-2011 .PWD failed to procure CCTV even after 6 tenders ?<\/p>\n

4-Sanction should only be granted if Owner Install CCTV Camera at following Place<\/p>\n

1-To set up Railway station<\/p>\n

2-Metro Stations<\/p>\n

3-New train,each bogey should be interlinked with CCTV and GPS system which will<\/p>\n

stop theft in Railways<\/p>\n

4-All markets-Malls Business Association should install CCTV Camera<\/p>\n

5-Other places of sensitive Nature like Airport ,Hotels, Tourist Place, Museums, ISRO, Defence laboratory ,Cinema Halls<\/p>\n
