1-It is pathetic to note that letter marked by chief Secretary or chief Minister office are dumped at lower level and related department do not have time to give reply to inventor(5letter sent to CM\/CS from 2010 with no action from Government side are attached for ready reference).This is sixth reminder letter to CM,CS Office.<\/strong><\/div>\n

2-In collector or Commissioner meeting agenda can be passed that in each district TRIPS-IPR \u2013Invention and Innovation will be promoted and Nodal officer in each district will be appointed to fulfill desire of thousands of College,school,Engineering student ,Who can get guidance to promote their invention or Patent under artiucle 51 AH of Constitution of India.<\/strong><\/div>\n

3-Madhya Pradesh has best Science Policy but it miserably failed to promote Invention<\/strong><\/div>\n
As no one is monitoring Plan of Action given in this Policy and no one is discussing issues with Inventors to promote Inventions in MP<\/strong><\/div>\n

4-Single window clearance and E Governance system must be introduced by CS so grievances of Inventor,IPR Holder,Patent holder of state are solved on weekly basis and Forum must be floated where inventor,IPR Holder ,Patent holder can forward their views achievement and related department must sort out and fulfill obligation under TRIPS WTO law signed by Government of India<\/strong><\/div>\n

5-Do not ask Inventor,IPR or Patent holder to use tool like RTI 2005 or Lok sewa Gaurantee adhiniyam(Public Service Gaurantee Act) to find out what happened to letter marked to CM or CS in last three years.If this starts happening in state then it means that Madhya Pradesh will be called Backward state in Science and Technology field<\/strong><\/div>\n

6-Technocrat chief Secretry ,is requested to monitor monthly via e governance Problem faced by IPR \/Patent holder from MP and enlist world class Invention Science field from state of Madhya Pradesh .<\/strong><\/div>\n

7-Whether Mr.Shivraj Singh chauhan CM or Mr.R.Parshuram knows that one of the greatest invention of this century is FIT technology is developed from State of Madhya Pradesh which forecast one year in advance Earthquake,,tsunami,RDX Blast,Fire in High rise building ,road,Air crash ,dam burst possibility on tectonic belt like Bhakra,Tehri,Tawa (4 million ton fly ash exist in this dam which is threat to Hoshangabad,Itarsi), Bargi(jabalpore).<\/strong><\/div>\n
8-FIT technology can be offered officially to Japan,or earthquake prone countries or other states on behalf of CM or CS and special folder should be prepared on this technology which CM or CS can carry during abroad visit or visit to PM . Remember Madhya Pradesh is only state in world which has Earthquake or Dam Burst or disaster forecasting technology<\/strong><\/div>\n

9-Fit Technology Patent paper already published and Madhya Pradesh can get billions of Dollar Investment and job for thousands of student as each country will send their scientist delegation to learn FIT technology in Bhopal .Bhopal can be Knowledge or Innovation Hub as it has capability to attract thousands of scientist from abroad.<\/strong><\/div>\n
